This is a large office with one exposed brick wall, three sheetrock walls, and a glass door to the hallway. It includes a north-facing window and flooring with a wood look to it. This office is large enough to fit 3 to 4 desks comfortably.
Parking, utilities, and internet to the wall part are all included. If you want wireless internet, you are more than welcome to bring your own router. You will have access to our coffee bar that features local coffee beans, creamer, etc. There is no co-working in this building; each tenant has their own individual locking office. This offices includes access to common area restrooms and a common conference room. There is no extra charge to use the conference room and you can easily book it with online scheduling. There are also other meeting and work spaces throughout the building to use. We’re located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and Ponce City Market, so you can easily ride your bike to work. We have free parking on both sides of the building as well as the street out front. This office has a 12 month lease term.
